Fortunately, newly available gluten-free products can add convenience and variety to a diet that often feels like it's going against the grain. Upset stomach is very uncomfortable felling. Finding the relief for any kind of discomfort linked to the upset stomach is very important. Here are some great ideas for stomach ache:

Mint Tea- This aromatic herb, which proliferates in warm months can do far more than freshen up a table. Not only can meant do wonders for digestion, but it's oil can also sooth the skin and sweeten the breath. Mint was originally used as a medicinal herb to treat stomach ache and chest pains. Mint tea is a strong diuretic. Mint also aids digestion.

Oat Bran- Oat Bran Hot Cereal is high fiber cereal made from high protein oats. Fantastic breakfast and medicine for stomach. Oat bran is made from oat groats that are ground into a fine oat meal and then combined with some of the outer bran or husk of the oat. This increases the overall fiber content of the oatmeal, and makes it slightly higher in insoluble fiber than rolled or cut products. Oat bran cooks fairly quickly and has a really smooth, creamy consistency, similar to cream of wheat. Oat bran typically has about 6 grams of fiber (3 grams of soluble and 3 grams of insoluble) per serving. Oat bran also contains more protein and slightly more fat.

Rice Water- Rice Water is great aid to control diarrhea. Containing added proteins leftover water from cooked rice can be used as a component in oral rehydration solutions which are used to treat diarrhea, help with shortening their duration and reducing recurrence.

Apple Sauce- Kids and Adults love applesauce and that is a good thing because it has a great deal of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It is fantastic medicine for the upset stomach.

Ingredients:

4 to 5 pounds of apples, peeled, cored, quartered
Juice of one lemon
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Sugar, optional

Directions:

1. Put prepared apples, lemon juice, water and salt into a large pot.
2. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Once it bowls simmer for about 20 minutes or until apples are soft. The apples will begin to look transparent.
4. Remove from heat.
5. You can put in a food processor or blender to make it smooth.
6. Serve hot or cold and keep leftovers in the refrigerator.
7. This makes about 3 quarts of applesauce.

Overall, healthy lifestyle and good nutrition are the main key for the healthy stomach and the whole mind and body.
