Sunday Fun-Making Cupcakes:)

I am so proud of my nine year old and five year old.They start making and baking cupcakes and to tell you the truth,my husband and I were very surprised.
Cupcakes are big hit,super delicious and home made chocolate frosting was very tasty.
Great job kids!

Spaghetti Bolognese-The Best Pasta Ever!

Spaghetti Bolognese-my kids favorite meal.Simply cooked organic spaghetti pasta with slow simmering sauce made from ripe tomatoes,few drops of extra virgin olive oil,diced onions,ground beef,fresh herbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano.The aroma and the taste are so tempting that they would easily consider taking the bath in this amazing dish.
Of course,this was a joke or it wasn't?
Now let's be serious.
Spaghetti Bolognese is indeed the fabulous simple meal that can warm your heart and feed hungry tummies almost any time of the day.

Stuffed Sweet Red Peppers and More!

It was cold outside so I decided to prepare warm and tasty meal.
Stuffed Sweet Red Peppers with whole wheat cous cous,ground turkey,celery,scallions,tomatoes,garlic and spices.
Great thing about this dish is that you can have several varieties like:
Steamed peppers
Baked peppers or
Quiche
I usually end up with extra stuffing for peppers so I add 4 eggs and 1 package of cottage cheese.
Straight to the oven,350 degrees for 45 minutes.Delicious and kids friendly.

"ALICE and the wonderful tea party" play is creation of a whole new Alice Adventure.Cast is fun and entertaining.Wonderful children's theatrical experience....
Great show for girls,boys and adults too.

Tasty Time with ZeFronk is animated cooking show with the French Dachshund as a main character,his not so helpful neighbor Dom the Cat and a Songbird name Sue.
Show is only 5 minute time running per episode but is one of the most catching,funniest and interesting short shows for kids.Curriculum is nutrition with helpful tips how to learn and make little snacks or quick yummy lunch.
Must see show,your kids will be very surprised!
